KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That, WHEREAS, by virtue of a certain Order of Sale, and Decree of Foreclosure issued out of the District Court of the Third Judicial District of the State of Idaho, in and for the County of Canyon, in favor of Howard Sebree and against The Allen and Gipson Loan and Investment Company, a corporation Elexander B Allen, and Maria Allen, on a certain judgment rendered on the 2d day of May 1894, and directed and delivered to me as Sheriff of Canyon County, commanding me to make the said sum due on the said judgment for damages with interest, as aforesaid and costs and accruing costs to satisfy the said Judgment out of the property in said Judgment referred to, I, William Ireton, Sheriff as aforesaid, did on the 20th day of October 1894, levy upon and take into my possession the property hereinafter described and after advertising the same as required by law, at the Hotel Idaho in the Town of Payette, Canyon County, Idaho, sell said property at public sale, when same was struck off to Howard Sebree for the sum of Four hundred seventy-five ($475.) Dollars, he being the highest bidder therefore.
