Records Payette County, Idaho Book A-page 453 Susan E. Snyder Inventory of Separate Property of wife of Wm. Snyder: Know all men by these presents that I, Susan E. Snyder of the Town of Payette, Ada County, Idaho Territory do hereby publish and make known and declare that the property hereinafter described is my separate property, to-wit: Lots numbered nine (9) and ten (10), situated in Block numbered one (1) in lot two (2) section thirty three (33) Township nine (9) North of Range five (5) West Boise Meridian in Master’s Addition to the town of Payette., In Ada county, Idaho Territory, and house thereon. Also all household goods situated in the house on the last above described property. One heating stove in Lunch Room adjoining Mark Snyder’s Saloon in the town of Payette, Ada County, Idaho Territory. One order of $18 . on one Drury dated about August 1885, One lumber house about two miles east of Albert Wilsons in Ada County, Idaho Territory in which this declarent formerly lived with her husband. Four hundred dollars and the interest thereon loaned to D. S. Lamme of the town of Payette, Ada County, Idaho Territory. One horse near Baker City, Oregon taken there by Wm. Snyder, one wagon also taken to Baker City, Oregon by Wm. Snyder, Also one house and lot in Bellevieu, standing in the name of Susan E. Parrott in Alturas county Idaho Territory. The above is a full and complete inventory of all my separate property, both real and personal. all of which I claim and own as my separate property. In witness where of I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 20th day of January 1886. Susan E. Snyder (Seal) Territory of Idaho) County of Ada ) SS. On this 20th day of January A. D. One thousand eight hundred and eighty six personally appeared before me, Jeremiah Brumback, a Notary Public in and for said Ada County, Susan E. Snyder wife of William Snyder, whose name is subscribed to the annexed instrument as a party thereto personally known to me to be the same person described in and who executed the said annexed instrument as party thereto, who acknowledged to me that she respectively executed the same freely and voluntarily and for the uses and purposes therein mentioned. And the said Susan E. Snyder wife of the said William Snyder having been by me first made acquainted with the contents of said instrument acknowledged to me on examination apart from and without the hearing of her husband that she executed the same freely and voluntarily a(nd) without fear or compulsion or undue influence of her husband and that she does not wish to retract the execution of the same. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my official seal the day and year in this certificate first above written.
