In the Probate Court of Canyon County State of Idaho.

In the matter of the                     (
Estate and Guardianship             (   Order Appointing Guardian
Of Wm Tharp. Ernest Tharp       (
Grace Tharp and Sherman Tharp(

The petition of D. S. Lamme for the appointment of Jacob Windle as the guardian 
of the person and estate of said Minors.  Coming on regularly to be heard on 
this 27th day of July 1894 upon due proof to the satisfaction of said Court, 
that due notice to the relatives of said minors residing in this County of 
Canyon and to the person under whose care said minors are as required by law.  
And as directed by this Court and it duly appearing to the Court that said 
minors are residents of the County of Canyon, and that they have estate within 
the County of Canyon which need the care and attention of some fit and proper 
person and which Estate is of the value of Two Thousand five hundred dollars.

It is hereby ordered that said Jacob Windle be and he is hereby appointed 
guardian of the persons and estate of said Minors William Tharp, Earnest Tharp, 
Grace Tharp and Sherman Tharp, and that letters of Guardianship of the persons 
and Estate of said minors be issued to him upon his giving bond to said minors 
in the Penal sum of Two Thousand Five Hundred ($2.500) Dollars.
