Yanney To Assignment of Mortgage. Lilly B. Reddington Know All men by these Presents: That George Yanney and Lovinda R Yanney his wife the parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred and Twenty five Dollars of the United States of America, To them in hand paid by Lilly B. Reddington the part of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged do by these Presents Grant bargain sell assign transfer and set over unto the said party of the second part a certain Indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 23 day of October One Thousand Eight hundred and Eighty nine made the executed by Frank E Noble On a Fraction of the North East quarter of the North east quarter of Section Twenty eight (28) Township Nine (9) N. R. 5 West Boise Meridian said fraction is bounded on the South and Westerly Mr Williams on the North west by Snake River and on the east by section line. Also fractional Lot One (1) in Section Twenty one (21) Township (9) N-R-5-West bounded on northwest by Snake River on the east by Section line The aforesaid two tracts or parcels of land contain Forty (40) acres more or less Together with the note therein described and the money due and to be come due therein with the interest And the said parties of the first part do hereby make constitute and appoint the said party of the second part their true and lawful attorney irrevocable in their names or otherwise but at the proper costs and charges of the said party of the second part To Have use and take all the lawful ways and means for the recovery of the said money and interests and in case of payment to discharge the same as fully as the said parties of the first part might or could do if these Presents were not made In Witness Whereof the said parties of the first part have hereunto set their hands and Seals the 6th day of March In the year of our Lord one Thousand Eight hundred and ninety one. Ayers in and for said County, personally appeared George Yanney and Lovinda R. Yanney his Wife known to me to be the persons whose names are subscribed to the within Instrument and acknowledged to me that they executed the same And the said Lovindia R Tanney above described as a married Woman upon an examination without the hearing of her husband I made her acquainted with the contents of the Instrument and thereupon she acknowledged to me that she executed the same and that she does not wish to retract such execution In Testimony Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and official Seal on the day and year in this certificate above written (Seal) John M.
