		July 7 1894

Received from Gerhard C. W. Adam of Payette Canyon County State of Idaho the 
sum of Three hundred twenty Dollars and cents being final payment of one dollar 
per acre for the East half of Section No two Township No Seven North of Range 
Five West, B. P. M. Idaho.  Containing 320 acres at One dollar and twenty five 
cents per acre the sum of twenty five cents per acre having been heretofore 
paid as per Original receipt No 1214.
