P. Tharp “Trustee” to Payette Baptist Church This indenture made this 26th day of March 1891 Between Mrs J. P. Tharp, Trustee, for the Payette Baptist Church of Payette, the party of the first part and the Payette Baptist Church a Corporation organized under the laws of Idaho, the party of the second part, Witnesseth-That whereas the hereinafter described premises were prior to the incorporation of said second party, conveyed to said first party as Trustee to hold the said premises in trust for the use and benefit of the Baptist Church of Payette (at that time an unincorporated association), now therefore in consideration of the premises and of the sum of One Dollar, to said first party in hand paid by said second party the receipt wherof is hereby acknowledged; the said first party does hereby grant, convey and confirm to said second party, its successors and assigns, all the following pieces or parcels of real estate situate in the Town of Payette, Ada county, State of Idaho to wit: Lots Nine (9) and Ten (10) in Block Eight (8) in said Town of Payette and also one frame house standing thereon and one coal house adjoining; Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances, thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and the reversion and reversions, rents, issues and profits thereof and all estate, right, title and interest, of said first party in and to said property, as well in law as in equity; To Have and to purtenances unto the said party of the second part, its successors and assigns forever In Witness Whereof the said first party and John P. Childers State of Idaho ( County of Ada) SS On this 26th day of March 1891 before me a Justice of the Peace in and for said county, personally appeared John P. Tharp and Mrs. J. P. Tharp, his wife known to me to be the persons whose names are subscribed to the within instrument, and acknowledged to me that they executed the same; and the said Mrs. J. P. Tharp above described as a married woman upon an examination without the hearing of her husband I made her acquainted with the contents of the instrument and thereupon she ackowledged to me that she executed the same and that she does not wish to retract such execution. In Testimony Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and official seal on the day and year in this Certificate above written. H. M. Childers (Seal) J. P.
