DECLARATION OF HOMESTEAD

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I Josiah Randall of Payette, Canyon County 
Idaho, make this declaration of homestead under the laws of the State of Idaho, 
and hereby declar:

1. That I am the head of a family; that said family consists of my wife, 
Catherin P Randall, and four minor children, Andrew J Randall, Richard Randall, 
Talmadge Randall and Helen N Randall, besides myself.

11 That I reside on the premises hereinafter described, and herein claimed as a 
homestead with my said family. 

111 That the following is a description of the premises claimed as a homestead 
Lot sic, in Section six Township seven North of Range four, West of Boise 
Meridian, in Canyon County, Idaho.

1V That the estimated cash value thereof, i, e, of said premises hereby claimed 
as a homestead, is Fourteen Hundred Dollars. 

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto subscribed my name this 15th day of May 1901

On this 15th day of May 1901 before me, John T Morrison, a Notary Public in and 
for said County, and State, personally appeared Josiah Randall, known to me to 
be the person whose name is subscribed to the above instrument, and 
acknowledged to me that he executed the same.

the day and year in this certificate first above written.
