Washoe Postmasters: A. Rossi-January 19, 1886 to November 15, 1895 H. P. Pomeroy-November 16, 1895 to May 15, 1897 Esther M. Saling-May 16, 1897 to July 1, 1898 when the post office was discontinued and all materials transferred to the Payette office. Payette Postmasters: David S.
