TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

This is to Certify, That *George W. Skippen “3134794” “Private” “Infanty” Hqs. 
Co. 206th Inf. THE UNITED STATES ARMY, as a Testimonial of Honest and Faithful 
Service, is hereby HONORABLY DISCHARGED from the military service of the UNITED 
STATES by reason of Muster Out Telegram a.g.o. Nov. 16, 1918.  

Said George A. Skippen was born in Green Bay, Ontario, in the State of Canada

When enlisted he was 24 years of age and by occupation a farmer

He had Grey eyes, Brown hair, medium complexion, and was 5 feet 9 inches in 
height.  

Given under my hand at Camp Lewis, Washington this 22nd day of May, one 
thousand nine hundred and nineteen.
