A Child-Saving Agency.

Mr. I. F. Tobey, superintendent of Thee Oregon and Southern Idaho Children’s 
Home Society, was in Payette Wednesday and appointed a local advisory board 
(auxiliary to the general society) for Payette and vicinity, with the following 
officers:

President, Prof. M. F. Albert.
Vice-President, Mrs. Peter Pence.
Secretary, Mrs. Waterman.
Treasurer, Mrs. Chas. Hezeltine.

Persons waiting to adopt children may apply to this board, or to I. F. Tobey, 
Supt. Children’s Home Society, 603 Marquam Building, Portland.
