Barbers Form Agreement.

All of the Payette barber shops have put up cards this week upon which are 
printed their closing hours and prices for work, this having been done as the 
result of a general agreement among the proprietors who do not propose to work 
at cross purposes with each other to the general detriment of all.  Payette has 
not barbers’ union, but by this agreement practically the same result is 
obtained as in towns which have.
