On Thursday a party composed of Messrs. Tim Driscoll, W. J. Davenport and C. C. 
Green, went to Snake river fishing and caught nearly a wagon load of sturgeon.  
They got 14 and three of the largest would weigh from 100 to 160 pounds each.  
THE INDEPENDENT is under many obligations to Judge Driscoll for a fine roast 
out of the north-east corner of one of the big ones.
