Fred L. Burgan and J. J. Rogers, under the firm name of Burgan & Rogers, are 
successors of J. H. Richards, who assumes the duties of district judge with the 
beginning of the new year.  The new firm will occupy the present splendidly 
equipped and handsomely furnished offices of Mr. Richards, in the Payette 
Valley bank building.  We bespeak for them a lucrative practice and prosperous 
future.
