Mrs. Landon is away on a visit and Mr. Landon, during her absence, has been staying with his parents, leaving no one at his home. On entering the house Saturday about noon, he found a complete search of the premises had been made by some one, evidently with a strange motive, as several articles of jewelry, watches and money were left in sight unmolested. The only articles taken so far as Mr. Landon could tell, were two razors. Every bureau draw and other places about the house were ransacked and the contents piled on the floor, evidently in search of something beside articles of value.
