Change of Agents.

W. P. Clements, who recently resigned his position of agent of the Oregon Short 
Line at this place, turned over the office Tuesday night to his successor John 
Hamilton, who has been stationed at Kemmerer, Wyo.  Mr. Clements will leave 
today, accompanied by his family, for Midvale, where he will engage in the 
general merchandise business.  During his stay of two years in Payette, Mr. 
Clements, by his courteous and accommodating treatment of the public, made many 
friends, who will be sorry to have him leave.

Mr. Clements will open his establishment at Midvale Monday morning. The firm 
name will be the Midvale Mercantile Company.
