Changing Quarters.

The Independent is moving this week from quarters over the postoffice on Boise 
to Street to the lower story of the new brick building erected by H. M. 
Williams, on the east side of the same street and in the first block north of 
the old location.  By the change the establishment will have much more 
commodious and convenient quarters and it will be made possible for the 
proprietors to install an engine for power and other additional machinery in 
the near future, in line with their determination to keep well to the head of 
the procession of progress of the community and their ambition to give their 
patrons the best weekly paper possible under the existing conditions.
