Democratic Paper for Payette.

E. A. Heath, formerly publisher of Our Western Ways at Westfall, Oreg., has 
moved his plant from that place to Payette and will shortly begin the 
publication of a Democratic paper in this city, under the same name.  Mr. Heath 
arrived in Payette Sunday and was accompanied by his family.  The new paper 
will be quartered in the building just east of the Idaho Hotel building, which 
was the first home of the Independent over thirteen years ago, having then been 
located where the Enterprise meat market now stands.
