Dissolution of Partnership
 
We, the undersigned, do mutually agree that the partnership heretofore 
existing between George Ackerman and C. A. Williams under the firm Ackerman & 
Williams, is hereby dissolved by mutual consent.  The new firm of Ackerman & 
Hanigan will assume all liabilities and collect all outstanding accounts.
