FAREWELL DANCE

A farewell dance in honor of Mr. and Mrs. Tony Palumbo and Mr. and Mrs. G. 
Caruso, who left yesterday for their home in Logansport, Indiana, was given at 
the Portia Club house Tuesday evening.  The dance was preceded by a short 
program which included several vocal selections by Mrs. Shuman, a short address 
by B. F. McCarroll and a humorous burlesque all of which were entertaining.  
Refreshments were served and the evening was a very enjoyable one.  

Tony Palumbo was here erecting a new storage plant at Fruitland for the Palumbo-
Arata Fruit Company, and the others visited while the work was going on.
