New Plymouth farmers went down in force last Saturday to attend the annual 
meeting of the Farmers' Co-Operative Ditch Company.  A more intelligent lot of 
farmers, we warrant, were never assembled together, than those at Payette, 
Saturday.  New Plymouth now has two members on the board of directors, Mr.  
French and Mr. Burke.  Through the motion of Mr. Wachter of this place, it was 
ordered that the secretary and treasurer furnish for publication in pamphlet 
form a complete report of their respective offices up to December 1, of each 
year, and copies of these reports be mail to each stockholder.
