Those who rented property to the Chinese were ordered to make proper drainage and to disinfect the buildings. L. V. Patch and Harry Aden who have a fine piece of land just below town unloaded an 18-horse power gasoline engine which they will use to run a large pump. A. B. Moss is loading nine cars with wool, over half a million pounds being purchased by one man. A. B. Anderson of Weiser and W. H. Vessey and wife and D. McGray of North Yakima, Wash., arrived on this morning's cannonball and went on to Falk's Store. John F. Nesbitt and wife were doing business in town. Mr. Nesbit reports that the frost reached his place. John Bane was in today. Miss Francis Ewing left on the eastbound to Mountainhome to visit her parents.
