The association embraces the state of Washington, Oregon and Idaho, beside British Columbia. The Idaho State Horticultural association will meet at the same time. Mr. Field, the secretary, leaves for Boise today to help arrange the details of the meeting. Reduced railroad rates have been offered and any of the New Plymouth people who may decide to go will be well repaid for their trip.
