It was suggested that the creamery be located between Payette and New Plymouth, which would naturally be Fruitland. More than 100 farmers were present and a great deal of interest is being shown. G. E. Frevert, of the agricultural department, was present and addressed the meeting. A committee of fourteen farmers and business men from Fruitland, New Plymouth and Payette was appointed to make further investigations as to the number of cows in the valley, etc., and will report at a meeting which is to be held in Payette next Saturday.
