Henry Helmick lodged a complaint against Oscar Fong and another member of the 
Fong family last Monday, charging theses sons of the Flowery Kingdom with 
appropriating to their own use some of his sheep.  The case came on 
before ‘Squire Thurston on Thursday morning and the Chinamen were discharged 
for want of evidence against them.
