J. F. Crighton, brother of Mayor Frank Crighton of this city, was seriously injured in a railroad wreck near Colorado Springs, Colo., several days ago, and is now in a hospital at Denver in a very critical condition, having sustained a fracture at the base of his skull and rupture of his left ear drum. He was dining car conductor of a Denver & Rio Grande train, into the rear of which crashed a Missouri Pacific train, the engineer of which supposed the track to be clear. Twenty people were more or less inured in the wreck, Mr. Crighton, perhaps, the most seriously.
