James Prather left Sunday for his home at Wilbur, Wash.  He had been visiting 
about three weeks on the bench at the homes of his daughters, Mrs. Charles Geer 
and Mrs. W. E. Lister.  Mr. Prather is very much pleased with the Payette 
Valley and while here purchased 50 acres of land of J. S. Albin, the 
consideration having been $3500.  He will return in about a month bring his 
family with him.
