There are 254 books now ready for your use. Quite a number were taken out last week. Come in and sign the constitution, pay 50 cents and you are then a voting member of the Library association. Some gave expressed a desire to have the rest room open to men and boys on Sunday, with someone in charge. Sunday, July 16, it will be open from 3 to 6 p. m. All book can be kept by borrower two weeks with privilege on one renewal. Anyone keeping books over time shall be fined at the rate of one cent per day and no book can be taken by such party until book is returned and fine paid. Visitors in New Plymouth may have registration card and secure books, providing some resident vouches for them. Children from eleven to sixteen years can secure books providing the card is signed by parents.
