LOSES FINGER WHILE WORKING IN CANNERY

Eddie Coblentz met with an accident last Friday while working in the cannery 
which resulted in loss of the second finger of his right hand.  He was working 
with the husking machine when in some manner his hand was caught in the cogs of 
the husker, badly crushing three fingers.  He was taken to the office of Dr. J. 
C. Woodward where it was found necessary to amputate the second finger near the 
first joint.
