NEW CAFE
 
Lou Feldscher, who has been for some time fixing up and arranging the W. D. 
Case building on the east side of Eighth Street for a Cafe, is now open to the 
public.  He has had experience in this line and has a very neat little place, 
and will undoubtedly get his share of the business.
