New Fruitland Business Firm
 
J. A. Lauer, one of the firm of Lauer Bros., of Payette, was in Fruitland 
Wednesday on a short business trip.  It is said Mr. Lauer will go into 
partnership with J. A. Bowers in the machinery and implement business in this 
city.  The new building being finished up east of the drug store will be used 
as office quarters while the Bowers packing house, which is situated very 
conveniently will likely be used for unloading and storing purposes later.
