NEW CORPORATION
 
Articles of incorporation of the New Plymouth Fruit Company, limited have been 
filed with the Secretary of State.
 
The principal place of business is at New Plymouth, Ida., and the capital 
stock is fixed at $5000.  The directors for the first year are:
W. S. Hinchliff
Walter H. Graves
P. R. Ketchum
Robert Galbraith and 
C. M. McBride
