The state of Idaho was the purchaser of the bonds. The proposed building will be of brick, one-story, 36x48 feet, with an entrance hall 8x9. There will be two rooms and two cloak rooms, while the building will be arranged in every way as conveniently as possible. It is expected to have the structure completed by Aug. 15. It will occupy the same site as the present frame building.
