J. F. Nesbitt, V. C
E. D. Cosmon, sec.
W. A. Coughanour, Per. Sec.
James Hutchinson, Treas.
William Lauer, F. C. Moss, and J. F. Nesbitt, Trustees.

The above named officers will be installed Saturday evening.
