Payette Locals
Payette, Sept. 29
 
Judge G. W. Bartch, who has been visiting his brother, B. F. Bartch, and other 
friends of this place, returned to Salt Lake today.
 
Miss Elsie Forbes daughter of Frank Forbes of the Hotel Idaho, arrived a few 
days ago and will enter our high school.  The rest of the Forbes family will 
be here soon.
 
Mrs. J. G. Mitchell, who was called to Salt Lake a few weeks ago on account of 
the serious illness of her mother, returned on No. 3 today.  Her mother has 
greatly improved.
 
The parents of Charles Coxe are expected to arrive on tonight's train from 
Chicago.
 
Peter Jones, brother of agent Jones at the depot, is on the sick list.
