Grothe on Ada avenue from F. C. Moss. The price paid is not known. Miss Emma Foot of Evanston arrived on No. 5 and will be the guest of Miss Mary McGlinchy for a month. Mrs. L. S. Soule of Emmett is visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Hinze, for a short time. Bill Wall is having a hearing today on a charge of assulting George Wells in a saloon last night with a beer glass. W. W. Stone and family and T. P. Scudder have left by wagon for Lake City, Cal., where Mr. Stone has a ranch. Mrs. C. H. Bussey has returned from Rock Springs, Wyo. A small fire occurred between 3 and 4 o'clock Monday morning in Brown addition. George Ranson's stable was destroyed. Loss, $75. D. W. Thompson of the Cash grocery has purchased the Mrs. John Holland residence property on Grand avenue, consideration not known.
