H. Thompson, the Oregon lumber man, was doing business here this week. John Markin, of Shoshone, C. W. Yearing of Wenatchee, Wash., W. G. Webb of Ogden were here a few days. Mrs. H. Gilmore returned Monday from a visit to her son, Charles Gilmore of Boise. Mrs. P. A. Devers is visiting Boise friends this week. Charles Skipper and family and Albert Idle arrived Sunday from Canada. Jeff Gray, sheriff of Washington county, is a Payette visitor today. Miss Clara Taylor of Weiser is a guest of her sister, Mrs. J. A. Lauer, this week.
