The ladies of the M. E. Church Relief association served a chicken pie supper at the city hall yesterday afternoon and evening. Forty-five salmon, weighing from 10 to 35 pounds each were caught in one haul of a seine in Snake river just above the railroad bridge yesterday. Invitations are out for a grand military ball to be given on the 26th by Company I General Weaver is expected to attend. A mistake was made in the report of the 16th in not mentioning Drs. Pogue and Woodward as associated with Dr. McDaniel in performing the operation on Ray Hurd. They are working hard to save the life of the young man and from late reports it seems their labor will be crowned with success. It will be crowned with success.
