B. Moore. When all the payments are made Messrs. I. L. Root and J. M. Fanburg will each receive $42,666.65. Frank Creighton the next largest owner gets an even $6000, J. A. Lauer $4666.65, Ed Lauer $1333.35, Milton Lauer $1333.35, Mrs. J. M. Fanburg $1333.35. The second payment is to be made in July and will be $10,000. A. E. Wright of Merithan, Ia., has purchased three acres from Charles Hinze on which he will build residence houses. The consideration was $1000. William Brecken is on the sick list. This year's clip of wool has begun to come in. The sad news reached her this morning that Mrs. John C. Geisler, of Caldwell, wife of Assessor Geisler, is dangerously sick with diphtheria. The children who have had it are improving. Mr. Geisler is threatened with the dreadful disease.
