F. Harry, is recovering nicely from an attack of appendicitis. Mr. and Mrs. Winter and daughter Lillie were guests of the Stockman family on New Years' day. Mr. and Mrs. Scott, of Payette, have been visiting at Mr. Stockman's for some time. Mr. T. N. Williams is home now for the rest of the winter. The bench people are justly proud to have carried off the trophy in the beauty contest. Mrs. Mackison's sweet face and commanding figure deserve the compliment. Live in the country and improve your looks, town ladies. Clyde Harry is high in his praises of sheep camp cooking, having had practical experience on two occasions, recently. The weather of Friday rather put a damper on the Ewing party, but those present were a jolly company. On Saturday evening the younger set were entertained with Miss Laura Wilson, of Payette, as guest of honor. She and Mr. Arthur won the highest places at flinch.
