Mr. Lanfear has loaded a car at Washoe with his hay baled by Mr. Creswell. Messrs. Gladdish and Young assisted in hauling. Our skating this week on Snake river has been "commeril faut." Snow is the only hindrance to fear. There will soon be quite a colony in the vicinity of Mr. Albin's home. Mr. Mullen's new residence eat is almost ready for the newly married couple, who are on their wedding trip. Mr. Lister, on the west, will soon add a house to his new barn. Mr. Praether, on the north, has moved into his commodious residence. Mr. Geer, farther north, is erecting a domicile of his own. Mr. and Mrs. Flack are the possessors of a boy born Friday, January 6th. Ed Williams is very busy at the sheep camp now. Many are the inquiries made for him. The Aid Society met with Mrs. Harry Taylor of Wednesday of this week.
