PLEASANT VIEW
 
The Ladies' Aid society met with Mrs. Davis on Wednesday.
 
The Misses Berkeley and sister, Mrs. Wilfong attended church services Sunday.
 
Misses Mahoney, Kreutzer and Pearl Kreutzer attended the social Friday evening.
 
Misses Ema Barney and the Misses Lake were at New Plymouth shopping, yesterday.
 
Misses Cook and Tussing and Messrs. Tussing were at the Endeavor meeting 
Sunday evening.
 
Mrs. Malmburg will be the guest of her sister, Mrs. John Anderson, for three 
weeks more.
 
Several pie plates are to be returned, and can be left at Mrs. T. F. Harry's 
or with Miss Wilson.
 
Several of our young people visited the Applegate sheep camp, southeast of New 
Plymouth, last Sunday.
 
A nice Easter program is being prepared for next Sunday afternoon by Miss 
Wilson, Mr. Russell and Miss Ewing.
 
Miss Ruth Goodwin is keeping house for Mrs. C. G. Goodwin during her absence 
in Payette, where she will take osteopathic treatment.
 
The Ladies' Aid social last Friday evening was greatly enjoyed by those 
present.  Arthur and Orlo Wilcox favored the audience with some violin and 
guitar duets.  Miss Wilson and Mrs. Redington  each rendered a very 
entertaining recitation.  Messrs. Wilcox, O. Wilcox and Harper, and Misses 
Wilson, Williams, Barney and Ewing delighted the audience with some rollicking 
college songs.  The sum of $36 was taken in from the sale of pies, candy, 
popcorn, aprons, bonnets and handkerchiefs.
