Property Changes Hands.

W. T. Swetland disposed of his 20-acre property just north of the city 
Wednesday to E. C. S. Brainard, late of Ogden, Utah, for a consideration in the 
neighborhood of $5000, which netted him a profit over his purchase price of 
three and one-half months ago.  Mr. Brainard took immediate possession, Mr. 
Swetland moving into a house in Platt’s addition near the West Side school 
building.  Mr. Swetland states that his principal reason for selling his 
property was to get nearer into the central part of the city where he can 
handle his business more conveniently.
