Sale Completed

C. G. Winter, manager of the P. V. I. & W. P. Co., has received word from New 
York that the contemplated sale of the canal and lands belonging to hat company 
in this valley to C. E. Brainard has been completed.  Mr. Brainard has been in 
New York city in consultation with the owners of the property, and is expected 
in Payette in a few days.
