Evidently the fire was of incendiary origin. The loss is said to be between $50,000 and $60,000. Amount of insurance carried is not known as it was look after by the president of the company, who reside in Kalamazoo, Mich. The city government of Payette has offered a reward of $1500 for the arrest and conviction of the guilty parties.
