Morgan Nisbet, a prominent Boise architect was present. Members of the Board were very much impressed with the general outline of the proposed high school building given by Mr. Nisbet and he was ordered to go ahead and submit plans and specifications and the board will advertise for bids and call a bond election for the approval or rejection of the new building as proposed. Mr. Nisbet has quite a reputation in Idaho as an architect. Before going into business for himself he drew the plans for Tourtelotte & Hummell that won the contract for the state capital building at Boise. He also prepared the plans of the Empire building in that city, the high school building at Pocatello, the college of Idaho building at Cald- and a number of other prominent buildings in Boise and throughout the state. While here the Banner made arrangements with Mr. Nisbet to print sketches of the proposed plans of the new building as soon as they are ready.
