THROWS BOTTLE AT TRAFFIC OFFICER

LeRoy Parker and Earl Louie, Indians from vale, ran into the white man's law in 
Payette Saturday night when State Traffic Officer Lester Sater arrested them on 
a charge of being drunk on a public highway. In order to emphasize their 
resentment at the intrusion of the law on their good time one of the Indians 
heaved a whiskey bottle at the officer. Fortunately the bottle missed Sater, 
who took his charges to jail. They appeared before Probate Judge Luther and 
paid $60 into the coffers of Payette county.
