Within the last few days, the old frame warehouse at the rear of the Moss Mercantile store has been torn down to give place to a large brick warehouse as an adjunct to the firm’s rapidly expanding business. The new building will be one story high, constructed of brick, and will take up the entire portion of the block west of the company’s big double store building which will give it an immense capacity. It will be equipped with a large water tank and will have its own sewer facilities. The old warehouse which was torn down was one of the land marks of Payette, Moss brothers having used it as a store building for a number of years during the early history of the town.
