PAYETTE, Idaho, Dec. 21, 1883 LEADER: You can notify the public that they can take the train at Payette for the east every day at 6:30 a.m.; also times during the day, but not regular yet. The bridge will be completed over the Payette Sunday. Track laying will then be resumed and pushed forward to Weiser as rapidly as possible, making Weiser the terminus for the winter. The track laying force will be increased so they can lay about two miles per day until that point is reached. Payette is booming, with the bridge building, tie hauling, carpentering, etc., it looms up. Lots to give away. BOOMERANG.
