W. F. Masters, of Mt. Carroll, Ills., arrived in Payette Tuesday.  Mr. Masters 
was one of the pioneers of Payette, having changed his residence to Illinois 
some two years ago.  He was in Chicago, where he is quite well acquainted, a 
few days before starting for Idaho, and says his arms were nearly talked off by 
parties anxious to know something about the Payette valley which has been given 
a great deal of notoriety throughout the east by the Plymouth Colony movement.
