Will Run Excursions on River.

G. L. Gabler, proprietor of the Weiser gasoline launch, will come up the river 
to carry passengers over to “Payette’s Coney Island” for the Hurtubise-Darnell 
contest, announces that while in this vicinity all who wish will be given the 
opportunity to take a ride on the river.  The launch will arrive at Duncan’s 
ferry, just north of town, Saturday, May 6.  Twenty-five cents will be charged 
for excursion trips.
